How is ISK/LP calculated?

Profit = resale revenue (Jita price × quantity − tax − broker) − the offer's ISK cost − required items cost. ISK/LP = profit ÷ LP cost.

Why filter by sell volume?

An offer that looks very profitable can be unsellable if nobody buys the item. The volume filter skips illiquid items.
